 Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a seamless employee experience and strong alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
  • Partner with business leaders to align people strategies with organizational priorities and growth objectives
  • Analyze workforce data and key people metrics to identify trends and recommend actions
  • Coach leaders on performance, engagement, and people development matters.
  • Foster a positive employee experience and serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations matters
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and global HR teams to deliver integrated people solutions (e.g. recruitment activities for confidential roles)
  • Ensure compliance with Austrian labor law, company policies, and HR governance standards

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Economics, or a related field
  • 5+ years of HR Business Partner or HR leadership experience in an international environment
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business needs into effective people strategies
  • Proven expertise in talent management, organizational development, and change management
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience partnering senior leaders
  • Strong coaching, influencing, and relationship-building capabilities
  • Solid knowledge of Austrian labor law and employment practices
  • Fluent German and English language skills
